Return Policy

At Astrolink Systems LLC, customer satisfaction is paramount. We offer a 15-day return policy for items that are eligible for returns.

 
1. Eligibility for Returns

• You must notify us of your intention to return an item within 15 days of receiving it.
• Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, documentation, and accessories.
• Products that have been customized or marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

 
2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened software, consumable products, batteries, and perishable goods.
• Special orders or custom-built products.
• Products that have been installed, used, or altered after purchase.

 
3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please:
• Contact Astrolink Systems LLC at accounts@astrolinksystems.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Carefully repackage the item, including all original accessories and documentation.
• Ship the product back to the provided address within 7 business days of receiving your RMA.

 
4. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for certain returned items, particularly custom orders or largevolume returns.

 
5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:
• Refunds will be processed within 25 business days.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
